Plain-language summary, not legal advice. 3DBear is a small independent studio; this site is a showcase that links out to the Fab and Unity marketplaces, which handle all purchases.

What we collect

• Commission form: your name, email, and message, plus an optional marketing-consent flag.
• Newsletter: your email address (only after you confirm via double opt-in).
• Analytics: Cloudflare Web Analytics — cookieless, with no personally identifying information.

Who processes it

• Resend — delivers our email and stores newsletter contacts/consent.
• Cloudflare — hosting, the Turnstile anti-bot check, and Web Analytics.

Consent & marketing

Newsletter signup uses double opt-in: we email marketing (announcements and occasional discounts) only to addresses that confirm. The commission form's marketing checkbox is unchecked by default and enrols you through that same double opt-in. Sending a commission inquiry is consent for us to reply about your inquiry only.

Retention & your rights

Commission emails stay in the owner's inbox; newsletter contacts stay until you unsubscribe. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link, and you can email inegvin@gmail.com to access or delete your data. We don't sell data and we don't run ad tracking.
